Renowned Community Herbalist, Wildcrafter, Botanist, Founder and Clinical Herbalist at the Ithaca Free Clinic, Herbalism Teacher and School Director, 7Song, will be discussing some of the common medicinal plants that grow in Maine. These include: St. John’s Wort, Goldenrod, Beach Rose, Yarrow and others. We will cover wildcrafting, botanical preparations and medicinal uses for these plants. **The goal is to make these plant medicines practical and useful for everyone.**
Suggested Donation for the event is $20
(Cash or check, USD or $27 cash, Canadian).
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
